Black teas contain high levels of antioxidants, some of which are called polyphenols and catechins. All of which take on the free radicals in the body and prevent the body from harming the healthy cells on board. Drinking this type of premium black tea can be helpful in lowering blood pressure. Loose black tea also helps to lower cholesterol levels, thus resulting in lessening the risk of heart attacks.
