Quality Green Teas
Quality green tea is manufactured from fresh, unfermented loose leaf green tea leaves; the oxidation of catechins is minimal, and hence they are able to serve as antioxidants. A health benefit of green tea is its bacteria-destroying properties by helping prevent food poisoning and also prevent tooth decay. The substances found in green tea kills the bacteria causing food poisoning and those that cause dental plaque to form.
Brewing Instructions: Use 1 tsp per 6 oz. cup; add hot water and let steep for 2-3 min.
