Return Policy
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund, minus shipping. All packages of tea must be returned unopened. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so. 

Backorder Policy
Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If a product is on backorder we will contact you within 1-2 business days and let you know when the expected delivery will be.

Shipping Policy
Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

Damaged Goods
Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims must be filed with the carrier.
