Banana-Tea Milk Shake/Smoothie
2 cups boiling milk
2 mango flavored teabags/2 TBL loose
2 bananas
2 TBL plain yogurt1-
2 TBL superfine sugar/sugar substitute
In a bowl, pour the milk over the tea, cover and let stnd 2-3 minutes. Press the bags/filter the tea, then throw away tea. Cool milk then refrigerate. Peel and chop bananas. In a blenderm nx bananas, milk and yogurt. Add sweetener to taste. Pour into chilled glasses. This is great for a quick, healthy breakfast. Makes 2 1/4 cups.

Hot Brown Sugar Tea
Ingredients: 3 c. boiling water, 3 teabags/Tbl loose leaf, 1/4 c. brown sugar or brown sugar blend. Prep: Pour boiling water over tea in teapot and cover. Allow to steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea and discard. Add sweetener and stir well. Add a splash of cream and enjoy!
Pink Tea Refresher
3 c. boiling water
1 TBL loose leaf tea/1 family size tea bag
1 c. cranberry juice cocktail
6 TBL sweetener
1 tsp lemon juice
In teapot, pour water over tea; brew 4 min. and remove tea. Pour into pitcher, stir in cranberry juice, sweetener & lemon juice. Serve over ice in tall glasses. ENJOY!
Spiced Tea Mix
Combine 3 cups loose orange pekoe tea; 1/4 c. shredded orange peel; 4 inch stick cinnamon, coarsely crushed; 1 tablespoon finely chopped candied ginger; and 2 teaspoons whole cloves, coarsely crushed. Heat, covered, in 300 oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Spoon into jar with tight-fitting lid. Seal. Store in cool place at least one week. To prepare tea, use 1 to 2 teaspoons mixture for each 6 cups boiling water; let steep 2 to 3 minutes. Makes 3 cups tea mixture.
Strawberry Tea Punch
1 1/2 qts. boiling water
3 family tea bags/ 3 Tbsp. loose tea
1/2 c. sugar/sugar substitute
1 (6 oz.) can lemonade concentrate Serves 8-10
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
In pitcher, pour water over tea bags; brew 4 min. Remove tea and stir in sugar, lemonade and strawberries. Serve over ice.
